While all vegetable oil feed stocks can be processed in the low temperature reactors, our low temperature process particularly benefits sunflower oil refining. The EN 14214 specification for biodiesel utilizing a Rancimat tester shows that sunflower oil is one of the most sensitive oils to oxidation. Our unique low temperature process in addition to avoiding the thermal promotion of peroxides, is also passivated to transitional metals, and sealed from both oxygen and sunlight, thereby archiving the best induction rates for sunflower oil.

In addition our unique “easy step” methanol recovery system makes our process the most energy efficient method of recovering methanol from product, or glycerin. Methoxide mixing, addition and methanol recovery are all controlled by magnetic drives that completely isolate the methanol from both the atmosphere and any electrical sources.
